Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
salmondogtreat.com does not sell your personal information. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, we pass the Google ad click identifier to our checkout on sniffandshift.com so we can measure whether our own ad led to an order. Under some state privacy laws this may be considered "sharing". It happens only after you select Accept in the banner, wherever you are, and never when Global Privacy Control is on.
This page is the opt out link for salmondogtreat.com. To opt out, choose No thanks in the banner (the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page opens it), or turn on Global Privacy Control. You can also use the reset button below and then choose No thanks. Do Not Track also keeps it off unless you accept. Opting out stops the ad click identifier and the analytics this Site uses.
Purchases, accounts and orders are handled on sniffandshift.com, which has its own opt out. To opt out of sale or sharing on the store, use the store's Your Privacy Choices page.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and extensions that tells every site you visit that you do not want your information sold or shared. When this Site receives the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt out for that browser in every country: none of our analytics tools load and the ad click identifier is not passed on, even if you accepted analytics before, and the banner shows a note instead of an Accept button. sniffandshift.com also honors GPC, and if it can link your browser to your store account it applies the opt out to your account too. Reset your analytics choice
Analytics on this Site are off for every visitor until you select Accept. To change your answer, reset your choice. This turns analytics off, deletes the Google Analytics cookies, our analytics visitor id and the ad click cookie (sdt_adclick) from your browser, and shows the banner again so you can choose. Nothing loads again unless you select Accept.
Resetting your choice does not empty your cart.
Email sign up
Joining our email list is a separate choice from analytics. Declining or resetting your analytics choice does not remove you from the list, and joining does not turn analytics on. To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to support@sniffandshift.com. If you closed the sign up box, it stays away for 30 days; clearing this Site's data in your browser brings it back sooner. Read Email sign up in the Privacy Policy for what is collected.
